Ceramic Wall Mosaic

This ceramic wall mosaic widely use in five-star hotels, resorts, water parks, shopping malls, clubs, kindergartens, bathing pools, flower terraces and water pavilions... And enterprise image trademark, spelling pattern and other occasions.

1. Our ceramic wall mosaic recommend the selection of professional adhesive and sealant, some products should choose neutral binder. (Please pay attention to the instructions in the package)
2. Clean the surface before sticking. and then scrape 2~3MM thick paste binder on the mosaic surface by a professional gray knife.
3. Use a toothed knife to scrape wavy stripes on the smooth paste binder.
4. When laying Mosaic, pay attention to keep the same seam left between product itself.
5. light press Mosaic surface, let it stick flat and maintain a consistent level.
6. About 20 hours later, after the Mosaic is completely coagulated with the binder, use a soft sponge tool to fill the gap with the caulk. (Use soft tools to avoid scratching the product surface)
7. About half an hour later, when the sealant is in a semi-dry state, use a sponge dipped in water to rub 1-2MM concave seam, which can highlighter the refraction effect of the product.
8. Finally, clean the construction with a dry towel.
