(2) Bouncing split line. If the glass mosaic is designed with horizontal and vertical seams, it can generally be calculated according to the size of 308 mm × 308 mm per joint size, 2 mm in the couplet, and 310 mm in the formula. The size of the back of each mosaic is about L 8 mm × 1 8 mm, the gap between the particle is 2 mm, and the amount of the molding mold per grain can be taken to 20 mm. For the windows of the window, if the number of tails after the size is completely linked cannot be removed by 20 mm, the last row of mosaic cannot be discharged, and it can only be adjusted by seams.
(3) Put the binding layer. Find the flat layer and sprinkle water to moist, brush the plain cement, and combine the layer with the brush.
(4) Powder line. Plug the powder line on the binding layer. Generally, each square is preferably a four -nets mosaic.
(5) Stranging seam. Put the mosaic sticky surface on the wooden board, scrape the cement slurry into the gap in the mosaic with an iron palade, and then scrape the 1 to 2 mm thick cement slurry layer on the surface after filling the gap. If the white or light -colored mosaic is paved, the bonding layer and the filling cement pulp should be made of white cement.
(6) Put glass mosaic. When the binding layer leaves a clear fingerprint print, the glass mosaic can be pasted. When paste the mosaic, deal with the standard line, and go from top to bottom. A 2 mm sewing between the board and the plate should be left.
(7) Shooting the sewing. There is a liquidity when the cement slurry is not condensed. After the mosaic on the wall, there will be a little falling under the influence of self -weight. Due to the operation error, the horizontal or vertical gap between the couplet and the couplet is also prone to deviation. Use the wooden slap board to sew and adjust it.
(8) Tear paper. Wet the paper that paste the mosaic, and after it is soaked and the glue is dissolved, tear off the paste. When tearing paper, keep the direction parallel to the wall, otherwise it is easy to tear off the mosaic particles.
(9) Two closed sewing and cleaning. After tearing the paper, the mosaic particles are exposed. At this time, the cement pulp is scraped and sewed to avoid gaps due to the unique gaps. For non -straight gaps, the seams should be performed to make it horizontal and vertical. For the granmined particles, the wooden board should be tapped to make it bond firmly. After 10 to 20 minutes, wash the mosaic with a brush dipped in water, and rinse it with water once.
